- Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality
- Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries
- Each tin is packed by hand with Spanish olive oil and salt, our Tuna with Spicy Olive Oil is infused in-house using hot paprika, cayenne, white pepper, garlic, and salt.
